Price per basket is $30.00 and requires a 24 hour advance notice and a credit card pre-payment. All baskets require a deposit of $30.00 refundable upon return of basket the following day.

Please call us after you sbmit this form to confirm your order and provide us with your credit card information over the phone to secure your order. Your credit card will be billed $30.00 for the picnic lunch PLUS $30.00 deposit which will be refunded when basket is returned plus optional $15.00 bottle of wine.

All baskets are made fresh and to order. There are absolutely NO REFUNDS on baskets ordered and not picked up for any reason.  BASKETS will NOT be prepared in advance without a credit card guarantee.  Baskets can be prepared with another full payment method, (check or cash). Baskets must be returned the next day or deposit will not be refunded.
